With the help of her diary business, she has also generated employment for the locals.

The name of her diary is Banas Diary. Navalben Dalsangbhai Chaudhary at present has more than 80 buffaloes and 45 cows and with their help, she manages to fulfil the massive demand of people. Because of Navalben’s business and hard work, she has been awarded the best ‘animal husbandry’ award in Banaskantha district thrice. She was awarded the same in Gandhinagar by the Chief Minister.

She has generated employment for 15 people through her diary business. She, alongside her employees, takes care of the animals and milks them. Her business, as previously mentioned, generates around 1 crore per annum and she has been in the business for over 4 years.
