Asus ROG Phone 8 Series Launch: The Asus ROG series is the most famous phone in the gaming niche. The Asus ROG 7 was released on 13th April 2023. Now, Asus has shared a teaser of the Asus ROG Phone 8 on X and Instagram. The ROG phone 8 will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. The display panel will be top-notch by Asus on ROG Phone 8. Expect a 6.82-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080×2448 Pixels and a pixel density of 392 PPI. The aspect ratio is expected to be 20.5:9. The refresh rate of the screen will be at 165 Hz and will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.

This phone will be fuelled by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, making it one of the most capable phones for performance. The chipset is based on the 4 nm Fabrication process. The chipset is an Octa-core processor with the cores being 3.3 GHz, Single core, Cortex X4 + 3.2 GHz, Penta Core, Cortex A720 + 2.3 GHz, Dual-core, and Cortex A520. 16GB of RAM with an internal storage of UFS 4.0 256GB/512GB is expected, and the GPU will be handled by Adreno 750.

There will be a triple Camera setup at the rear, with the primary sensor being a 108 MP f/1.9 wide-angle. There will be a single flash with video recording capabilities up to 7680×4320 @ 24 fps (8K @ 24 fps).

The front Camera will be a 32 MP f/2.5 Wide Angle sensor with video recording capabilities up to 1920×1080 @ 30 fps.

The launch price of the Asus ROG Phone was Rs 74,999 for the base variant. Now, we expect the prices to shoot up thanks to the incremental upgrades. The price is expected to be Rs 79,990 at launch, according to 91 Mobiles.
